Register for DSA

Two Account Types for Two Ways to Take Part

DSA uses separate registration forms for students and for institutions. Students create their own candidate account; schools and institutions create an institutional account to organize students.

Choose Your Registration Path

Both paths start with creating an account — you purchase a Pass later, when you're ready to register for subjects

🎓

Students

For high school students registering on their own to take DSA Concentration Subject assessments.

Your path:

  1. Create your account with the student registration form.
  2. Purchase a Pass — your exam attempts come with the Pass, not with account creation.
  3. Register for subjects from the Concentration Subject catalog.
  4. Take your assessments online in the quarterly testing windows.

Schools & Institutions

For schools, counselors, and partner organizations that want to organize DSA assessments for their students.

Your path:

  1. Create your institutional account with the institutional registration form.
  2. Register subjects and add your students. Each student you register is automatically issued a candidate account they can use to log in.
  3. Your students purchase their own Pass in the system, then register for subjects — they can choose from the subjects your institution has registered.
  4. Students take their assessments online in the quarterly testing windows.
Create an Institutional Account

Which path should I use?

  • Taking DSA on your own as a student? Use the student registration form.
  • Registering students for your school or organization? Use the institutional registration form.
  • Has your school or institution already created your account? Just log in with the account details provided — don't create a second account.

Both paths open the secure EAE International registration portal. Creating an account is free and doesn't require a Pass — you purchase a Pass when you're ready to register for subjects. Unsure which path applies? Contact us and we'll point you the right way.

After You Create Your Account

  • Purchase a Pass — your Pass unlocks your exam attempts and lets you register for subjects.
  • Choose your subject — DSA offers Concentration Subjects across mainstream university fields, each offered once per year in its assigned quarter.
  • Prepare with official materials — use the official Concentration Subject preparation guide for your chosen subject.
  • Take a 90-minute online assessment with secure proctoring, from anywhere.
  • Receive your results — a separate official score for every completed subject, targeted for release within 7 working days after the test window closes.
